I hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far. I know I am. It does seem to be flying by though.
Just this morning I had a meeting about implimenting a program in a local school for the fall.
I met with Mr. Best of Macungie Elementary School. We talked at length about Bullying and about Stranger Awareness and Safety. Macungie has an excellent track record and a strong anti-bullying program in place. On the heals of the widely publicized near abduction in Philadelphia, he asked if LEMA could come in and do a program about strangers.
LEMA will be at Macungie Elemenary on Oct 19th for a Stranger Awareness program.
